3.You’ll receive a verification email to activate your account — just click on “Activate Account” to complete the process.

Each customer can register only one account, which will allow access to order history, saved addresses, and a faster checkout experience.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the site.

2. Select “Forgot my password” and enter the email associated with your account.

3. You’ll receive a secure link to reset your password.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Browse through our categories or collections and choose the product you love.

2. Click on the item to see additional photos, fabric details, and materials.

3. Select the size and color available, then click “Add to Cart.”

4. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout. Review your order summary carefully.

5. Enter your billing information and shipping address. You can choose in-store pickup or home delivery. Remember that orders over $6,000 UYU qualify for free shipping within Uruguay.

6. Select your preferred payment method and confirm your purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and a WhatsApp message containing your invoice.
