Margo Baridon reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, as well as any content or products featured on the Site, at any time and without prior notice. The applicable conditions will always be those published in this section, and we recommend reviewing them periodically.
All product information, images, and descriptions are presented accurately and kept up to date. However, slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur depending on the device used or the artisanal production process. All products, prices, promotions, and delivery times are subject to availability and may change without notice.
GENERAL TERMS
When accessing our website, you must complete the required fields with valid, truthful, and up-to-date information. Customers’ private data will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, being stored securely in our database.
The currency in which prices are displayed may vary depending on the country from which the purchase is made. All prices include applicable VAT.

PRICING POLICY
All MARGO BARIDON product prices are set in Uruguayan Pesos, unless otherwise stated in a different legal currency. Prices are final.

SHIPPING
Deliveries within Montevideo are completed within up to 2 business days, and within up to 5 business days for other regions in Uruguay. International shipping has a flat rate and is carried out within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Orders with pickup option can be collected starting 2 business days after purchase.
Shipments are handled by a third-party logistics company. During special dates or pre-order sales, delivery times may vary — please contact us for more details.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges can be made only in-store. Purchases may be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date, and only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered.
