Shipping and Returns
HOME DELIVERY
Deliveries are managed through a third-party logistics company. During special dates or pre-order sales, delivery times may vary — please contact us for more information.
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive an informational message indicating the estimated delivery date of your package along with the tracking number.
The delivery name and address will be those provided by the customer when completing the purchase form on margobaridon.com, which may differ from their actual residence. MARGO BARIDON is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
After receiving the shipping confirmation email, tracking must be done using the code provided by DAC or FedEx, depending on the case. For inquiries, contact 099 321 112 (DAC) or 2628 0100 (FedEx).
Uruguay
- Free shipping on all purchases over $6,000 UYU nationwide.
- Montevideo: up to 2 business days.
- Rest of the country: up to 5 business days.
International
- International shipping: carried out via FedEx with a flat rate of USD 20 for any destination.
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 10 business days.

Important: Margo Baridon is not responsible for legal requirements, customs duties, or additional fees that may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case of loss or damage during transit, FedEx will handle the reimbursement if the incident is proven to be the company’s responsibility. Natural or weather-related events are excluded.
PICK UP
Orders placed with the pickup option will be available for collection after 2 business days.
Important: You will receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges can be made only in-store. Purchases may be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The price considered for the exchange will be the one actually paid by the customer. The new item will be charged according to the current promotions available on the day of exchange.
If you wish to exchange the size or color of the same product purchased under a promotion that is no longer active, no price difference will be charged, as long as the exchange is made within the valid 30-day period.
EXCHANGES FROM OUTSIDE MONTEVIDEO
To make an exchange from outside Montevideo, the customer must contact 094 201 449 within 30 days of the purchase date, indicating their order number and the item they wish to exchange.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered. Once approved, the customer must send the item to our store (at Rostand 1551 BIS) at their own cost. After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer.
