Shopping within Uruguay
The purchase made has a period of 1 to 10 working days to be delivered at home and 1 to 5 days to be withdrawn by the local (Rostand 1551, 11500, Montevideo). Shipments are made by a third party company.
Shopping outside Uruguay
We send our orders by a private air courier company whose delivery time is a maximum of one week. In case you need your order urgently, please contact us through the web, to obtain an estimate referred to the urgent shipment. Each customer is responsible for paying the customs costs and extra fees that may be added depending on the shipping market.
To make the change of a product contact us through the web with the data of your purchase and the reason of the change. You must present the product with the original label and the purchase invoice. In the case that the purchase is a gift, it must be clarified. The change can be made at the store or through the web and the new product will be sent to the same address. If the product is purchased with a discount (Example SANTANDER) and exchanged for another item, the product will be accepted at the price the client paid for it. If it is paid for with a Santander Credit Card it will also have the discount.
We do not guarantee the stock of products that are for sale at all times, as we handle small quantities. The possibility of being identified as ``out of stock`` not allowing to buy may arise. If for any reason the purchase was made but there is no stock of the purchase we will send an e mail to the customer cancelling it. There are some products that are made to order which are identified with a sign ``to order`` they take seven days to be delivered as they are manufactured to order.
